And you have the following qualifications and prerequisites:
Studies in Graphic Design
Excellent Knowledge of Photoshop cs, html5 (Dreamweaver), Css3, and macromedia Flash cs
Excellent Knowledge of  English Language
Joomla Designer is a  plus
Additional desired qualifications : knowledge of Dhtml, experience in creating portals, websites and dynamic pages in collaboration with programmers (php) 
At least 3 years working experience.
